What we've been up to!

Sweet baby Charlotte is super busy now. She crawls, pulls up on furniture and cruises along tables, chairs, whatever. After going on a beach trip with some friends a couple months ago with a baby a little older and not quite as cautious as Charlotte, she finally decided to just go for it. Our little careful girl is having so much fun!

Peeking out the window to see her puppies.

On the move!
Super serious!

There's that smile! :)

Life lately in iphone photos...

What Charlotte wore for Kate and Will's wedding.

My little cabbage patch baby.

Playing with fun toys!

Such a big girl!

Very, very silly girl.

More proof of her silliness. :)

Rangers game with the Larsens. Charlotte loves Mae and apparently her book was quite interesting.

Uncle Byron and C in Louisiana.

Wearing her new John Deere boots in Louisiana.

Happy Father's Day to the best Daddy ever!
We have a little mover and shaker. She's such a cautious baby girl which I love, but she's really starting to go for it.

Trying to share her toy with my parents' dog, Gidget.

Precious girl watching the dogs outside. Oh, and she's wearing her newest Bonjour Mae Mae bow!
Lunch with baby Stella.

Ethan and Charlotte. :)
Charlotte's great grandmother, Mimi!

Squishy arm!

So, this picture makes me crack up. Like, pee my pants laughing. This is pretty much a typical moment at the Craig household. Charlotte is mischievously after a dog and they have a "what the heck?" look on their face. Ok, so maybe I put Toby up there, but still! So glad I captured it!

La Plage

We took a little getaway to ol' Galveston a few weeks ago. This was Charlotte's first time to play with sand and play be held in the water. She LOVED it. She didn't try to put the sand in her mouth at all. Instead, she would dig around, pick up the sand and then put it back down. Of course, she would make sure we were watching her and give her lots of claps and cheers. She sat in her bumbo for a couple hours each day just chilling, playing with her links and stopping to give us a smile. She was a little doll and had fun with so many people to entertain.

Here's a look...

Guys, guys, this is fun!

What are y'all doing back there? :)

Charlotte still loves to give BIG kisses!

Boogie had lots and lots of attention which she didn't mind at all.

BeeGee and Charlotte playing.

Eating at our favorite Galveston restaurant, Gaido's!

If Charlotte sees a girl, she immediately looks for a necklace to play with and Jeffrey's sweet girlfriend, Elyse, always has cute, fun necklaces.
Charlotte thought it was fun for Uncle Byron to feed her big girl food!

So serious about the sand.

Sweet girl.

It says "Charlotte Jean-Claire's First Sand" and her Pops made that for her. She obviously liked it. :)

All of us.

The Griffin Family vacation was so much fun and we can't wait to go again soon!

Go Rangers!

As many of you know, Ryan is and has always been obsessed with baseball and anything to do with the Rangers. We are super proud of our Rangers and very excited about this season! This past Thursday, we had tickets to the day game against the Blue Jays. We decided to pack up the Baby Bjorn and our little baby girl of course, don our cutest Rangers gear and head to Arlington. Charlotte slept on the way, so she was pretty well rested and ready for our adventure.

Here's a little glimpse of Charlotte's first Rangers game. She did so well! She cried one time when it got really, really loud and she felt overwhelmed, but she really seemed to enjoy herself the rest of the time. She loved staring at EVERYONE and turning to smile at us when she found something amusing.

Boogie is ready! Hat...check! Sunglasses...check! Rangers onesie and tutu...of course!

Just soaking it all in.
Charlotte and Ryan
Me and Charlotte. She was clearly having a hard time concentrating on taking pictures. I mean, there was a LOT going on! :)
Showing how much fun she had! Go Rangers!!

Sweet baby girl did get tired after being there a couple hours, but she just snuggled with her Daddy. Love that little paci face! So serious.
And....big news. Charlotte is 7 months old today! Say it ain't so! Precious boogie is getting so big. She also went to nursery for the first time today (stop it all you judgers...I just didn't want her to get sick, ok?) and she loves to play peek a boo. The sticking out of the tongue has stopped. Tear! I loved that tongue and hope she brings it back into style. Now, this is her latest silly face...
Yep, it's a nose scrunch along with the nose breathing sound effect. Pretty stinkin' cute if I do say so myself. She particularly likes it if you do the face first and then she mimics. Silly girl.

Another picture of Charlotte's favorite face. My camera is full of these silly looks now. She thinks it is very, very impressive. :)
Until next time...

We heart Bonjour MaeMae!

Ever since I was a little girl, I've been greatly offended by people saying "that's a cute boy" when the baby is really a girl and vice versa. When my little brother was a baby, people would say, "you have the cutest little sister." What?! I mean he would have trains and planes all over his little outfit. Come on, people. I'm sure I'm completely jinxing myself and I will someday make this mistake, but until then,  I knew I needed a solution for Charlotte.

So, how to solve this issue for my baby girl?? BOWS! And lots of them. The good news is one of my favorite people in the world, Monica, makes them and she makes them beautifully.

Y'all, Monica is so stinkin' talented and she has honed in on her creative outlet since her baby girl was born, Miss Mae Margot. While Mae naps, Monica is busy sewing away with some of the cutest fabrics you've ever seen and the coolest part about it is that anyone can buy them now on etsy!! Yay. Bonjour MaeMae is officially open for business and oh-so-precious. Go here for drool worthy bows for babies, little girls and even headbands for adults. http://www.etsy.com/shop/BonjourMaeMae. I mean my hair has taken a beating in the last month. I'm not sure I truly understood "hair loss" while reading post-partum symptoms, but my shower drain does. Gross. So, let's just say this girl has been wearing lots of headbands.

If you haven't signed up for Casey Wiegand's triple giveaway blog, hurry and do so now!! http://thewiegands.blogspot.com/2011/03/triple-giveaway.html. A precious Bonjour MaeMae headband was selected as one of the giveaway. Oh, and don't forget the free shipping code: CaseyShipsFree.

I think words are best expressed with illustrations or examples. Maybe this is why I like the Pioneer Woman's recipes? No, no, people, I haven't started cooking, but if I did cook, I would use her recipes. :) So, how about some Bonjour MaeMae bows and headbands on my little boogie?? Yay!!

This bow is the "Charlotte" named after my baby girl. We love the double ruffle bow and we have every color. You can say that I'm slightly obsessed. :)

How perfect is this bow? Hi Birdie! If you think I posed this dog, I didn't. She literally has to be by Charlotte at ALL times. So sweet!
See, Toby is on the other side. Izzie was playing in the grass because let's be honest, she doesn't jump onto anything but the couch unless her life is in imminent danger. She can, but she just chooses not to. I love my little circus.

This is the "Marianne Posy." Cutest little polka dot fabric topped with pink chiffon. So dainty!!

Charlotte is clearly being raised by dogs. She has her tongue out at all times and now is panting when she gets excited. This cracks us up ALL day long. That cute little headband is the "Fifi Pom-Pom" and it some how goes with everything.
One more of the "Fifi Pom-Pom" and the tongue.

This is the quintessential Bonjour MaeMae headband. Cool fabrics with a twist. This is the "Collette Posy." See I told you, coolest bows ever, right? No mistaken boys here. :)

And this finale photo is so bittersweet! Is my baby really SIX months old?? Big girl!
